New Science Fiction Magazine available Readers of science fiction will be delighted to learn that there is a new magazine full of stories, puzzles, poetry and images for them to drool over. Most similar magazines are a mixture of fantasy and science fiction, but ESCAPE VELOCITY is officially a magazine of Science and Science Fiction. It's not that the owners, Adventure Books of Seattle, are against Fantasy, but are convinced there is a niche for a specialist magazine. Issue one came out just before the end of 2007 and already issue #2 is out in February 2008. There is a forum relating to not just Escape Velocity but for any lovers of science fiction. You can find it on Yahoo Groups or via the magazine website.
